Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Irving TX!
As a Customer Service Representative - you will be.
- Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
- Determines status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.
- May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials.
- Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
- Show initiative and take an enthusiastic proactive approach to work
- Strong telephone skills
- Answers incoming phone calls and provides necessary information
- Contacting patients and gathering essential information for coordination of shipment of prescription
- Responsible for accurately and completely scheduling medication deliveries
- Maintains patient records accurately and completely
- Follows all applicable government regulations including HIPPA and compliance regulations
- All other duties as Assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional office environment
- Push/pull up to 15lbs and lift/carry up to 15 lbs.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Center
This is a Contract opportunity.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Irving TX
Duration: 06 Months
Pay: $16/hr - $17/Hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
