? Quote orders to SMACNA Standards and Company SOPs
? Recommend more efficient and cost effective construct methods to customer
? Contact customer for clarity and accuracy
? Process “Order Quotes” quickly and contact customer
? Process PO’s and CODs in a timely manner and forward to next process (Tier)
? Take care to enter correct information on Cover Sheets, codes number of items etc.
? Be aware of Production Schedule when entering a job
? Coordinate deliveries with Shipping Dept
? Provide accurate information to customer regarding production and delivery of product
? Address customer concerns and resolve immediately (make it right!)
? Identify waste in defects (errors) and correct
? Will perform a daily “3S” in your work area to maintain a clean, safe and standard workspace.
? Be a “Lean Innovator”
? Check pricing and SDS input performed by Tier 2
? Verify all paperwork provided by Tier 1 Tier 2 is included correct
? Check pressure class SMACNA Standard
? Modify specialty items-Segments, dampers, tie-rods, holes in flat patterns etc.
? Nest patterns for optimum material usage
? Process job order # to send to Plasma Table by fiber optic
? Print orders and labels for each job order prepare package for Production
? Process orders according to fabrication and shipping schedules
? Maintain communication with Contractor Support, Production and Shipping
? Will perform a daily “3S” in your work area to maintain a clean, safe and standard workspace.
