We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, utilizing excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, account questions, billing, and other concerns
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information
- Utilize computer systems to track interactions and gather information
- Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer use for data entry and navigating systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience in customer service, client services, or call center environment preferred
- Ability to type efficiently while on the phone with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
