Remedy Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Rep in Nicholasville KY!

Pay is up to $19 per hour, depending on experience

Shipping / Distribution experience is a big plus!

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to client email requests
• Coordinate requests with operations team
• Maintain client relations
• Attend weekly customer calls
• Assist with order management
• Contribute to the overall team effort

SKILLS/ABILITIES - Part of the interview process will include an evaluation of these skills

• Good Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
• Multi-tasking, Prioritizing, Troubleshooting and Conflict Resolution
• Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail
• Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Some minor heavy lifting required
• HubSpot knowledge a Plus!
