Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via mail, email, or telephone.
Responsibilities:
- Determines needs by asking customers detailed questions.
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions
- Escalating unresolved problems
- Maintains call center database by entering information.
- Reviews, answers and resolves any issues for all inquires from the online support website.
- Returns voicemail calls; answering and resolving all inquires from customers.
- Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
- Creates letters, and miscellaneous correspondence.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
