Salary: $50,000 - $68,000 per year + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
