A prominent local health insurance firm is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their expanding team! This role involves direct interaction with clients and insurance carrier partners, requiring a positive attitude and a strong commitment to getting the job done. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client service and problem-solving skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy multitasking.

Responsibilities:

• Handle reception duties, including answering and routing calls, sending faxes and emails, and scheduling appointments.
• Research and respond to client inquiries, process requests for changes, and follow up with clients.
• Assist insurance agents with onboarding new and re-enrolling clients.
• Collaborate with agents and insurance carriers to address client inquiries and resolve billing issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (some college or higher education preferred).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent multitasking skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, polished, and outgoing demeanor.
• Proficient in using computers and necessary software.
• Availability to work retail hours (evenings and weekends) and overtime during open enrollment season.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
