*Job Overview* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive services and possess excellent communication skills to assist customers with their inquiries and service needs. *Duties* - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service department. - Assist customers in understanding auto repair estimates and service recommendations. - Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain automotive repairs and services to customers. - Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate service writing and repair information. - Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to exceed their expectations. *Requirements* - Previous experience in auto estimating, automotive repair, or related fields is preferred. - Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, brake repair, shocks, struts, and transmission systems is advantageous. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,800.00 per year
