Want to join a fast-paced work environment? We are looking for a customer service representative that is excited to be part of a growing team that is supporting growing brands. We need experience to make sure the customers are having the best experience possible!

There are four unique brands that you will be working with daily, Elektro Assemblies, which is a leader in wire harness manufacturing. X-Vision Optics, which is a premier night vision and thermal optics brand, SPACE Trailers, which is a one-of-a-kind, multi-functional trailer, and TriOx, which provides a first to market, prosthetic liner cleaner that provides great benefits to amputees.

We are based in Red Wing, Minnesota, and the markets we serve is both local and global. We are offering an exciting opportunity to utilize your customer experience and contribute that expertise to a small, growing team.

We are looking for our next team members that can:

  • Manage large amounts on incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Follow up and close sales leads
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer
  • Manage the customer experience with the different brands
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Make follow-up and outgoing sales calls to potential customers
  • Be action and goal oriented, making sure we're on track to hit our revenue objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Competent in Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines for multiple projects.
  • Ability to communicate concepts in a clear, concise, complete, and courteous manner in oral and written forms.
  • Friendly to customers with the ability to understand how to get them to "Yes"
  • Fearless when it comes to phone communication
  • Track record of continued success at achieving goals
