• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
