Customer Service position in small call center environment.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who takes the initiative, is flexible and collaborative, and who creatively problem solves for our customers.

What you'll do each day:

  • You'll be the first impression of the company, the friendly voice on the phone saving the day for the customer with a plumbing, drain or HVAC issues,
  • You'll be a great listener, so you know just how to take care of the customer’s needs.
  • You'll be efficient while scheduling a service call that suits the customer’s schedule.
  • You'll be accurate at data entry, making sure all the notes entered into the system for the Technician who will be dispatched for the repair, so he knows just what to do.

Schedule:

This position is located in our Columbus office and is required to be in-office. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 6pm, and Closed Sunday. Candidates must be flexible to work any of these hours and will be assigned an agreed schedule once trained.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year in customer service
  • Call center environment experience
  • Experience in handling high volume inbound calls
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Service Titan experience is a plus.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check and drug screening.
