Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and help customers while giving excellent attention to making sure the customer gets what they ordered
  • Assisting with placing and retrieving orders and ensuring quality check is correct
  • Providing friendly service and working in a team focused environment
  • Daily cleaning tasks to ensure we keep a clean and safe work environment for our team
  • Sanitizing front of store: phones, computers, counters, dining area and restrooms.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma; preferred, but not required
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service role; preferred, but not required

Preferred Skills

  • Phone and computer proficient
  • Customer Service skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • Multilingual skills- not required, but needed

Additional Notes

Position needed for evening shifts. We are a college campus and The hours usually range from 4pm – 11pm. Weekends are required; however, we try to structure in a way that the team is equally distributed. Must consent to background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
