Role and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and help customers while giving excellent attention to making sure the customer gets what they ordered
- Assisting with placing and retrieving orders and ensuring quality check is correct
- Providing friendly service and working in a team focused environment
- Daily cleaning tasks to ensure we keep a clean and safe work environment for our team
- Sanitizing front of store: phones, computers, counters, dining area and restrooms.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma; preferred, but not required
- At least 1 year experience in customer service role; preferred, but not required
Preferred Skills
- Phone and computer proficient
- Customer Service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Multilingual skills- not required, but needed
Additional Notes
Position needed for evening shifts. We are a college campus and The hours usually range from 4pm – 11pm. Weekends are required; however, we try to structure in a way that the team is equally distributed. Must consent to background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
