Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill our office's Customer Service Representative position. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent communication with our customers and production team.
Job Description:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone, email, text, or chat
- Schedule appointments for the sales team via company CRM (MarketSharp)
- Comminicate changes to the calendar immediately to the appropriate salesperson
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
- Document customer interactions, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
- Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
- Send customer invoices
- Receive customer payments, allocating them to the proper payment category
- Schedule service calls as needed
- Assist Production team with daily tasks, being a helpful hand
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous customer service experience a plus
- Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the customer service team
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs a plus
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
- Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
