About the Role:

Motleys Logistic Systems, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and office staff by inputting inbound inventory, preparing outbound paperwork, answer phone calls, and accommodating customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exemplary customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past experience working in logistics/warehouse invoicing
• Experience with Camelot 3PL software

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Accurately interpret shipment instructions
• Processing inbound and outbound paperwork to ensure on-time freight deliveries and verify paperwork for accuracy and notations of inventory discrepancies or damages
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate customer accounts and records
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues. Your positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role. Additionally, your proficiency in using Camelot 3PL software will be beneficial in providing excellent customer service.
