## Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service and Energy Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

## Duties

- Answer incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries, order status, and general customer concerns

- Utilize phone etiquette to provide outstanding service to customers

- Perform data entry to update customer information in the database

- Assist customers with resolving issues and escalating complaints as needed

- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promotions

- In person presentations to customers about energy services

## Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers

- Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies

- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.62 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
