Job Overview:
The Dillon Group is a small business based near Minneapolis, MN with 25+ years’ experience in wholesale and retail distribution of consumer goods. This position entails all sales and service responsibilities for assigned customers, administrative duties such as, order processing and inventory management, and providing technical assistance on customer ordering and installation questions. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills that can multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time effectively.
Responsibilities
· Building and maintaining positive customer relations
· Managing live customer interactions via multiple channels including telephone calls, emails, and live chat support
· Addressing customer queries about company products and services in a timely manner
· Daily management of orders including quoting, processing, and invoicing
· Monitor inventory levels across multiple E-commerce platforms
· Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify positive and negative trends
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and shipping departments on various company directives
Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience in a customer service customer admin role (required) mainley for online B2C
· Exceptional communication (written and verbal), organizational, and time management skills
· Highly motivated and self-directed individual able to work in a fast-paced, independent environment
· Strong ability to identify, organize, and analyze various data sets
· Hands on experience with enterprise level CRM & ERP software
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products
· Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Commerce Hub (preferred)st!
