Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact with customers via phone, email, text, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment
- Capable of handling difficult conversations with empathy, attention to detail, and patience
- Positive attitude and eager to offer a customer-centric experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
