JOB PURPOSE:

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with post sale support requests. This responsibility includes working with internal teams and external manufacturers to ensure we are providing timely responses and resolution to requests while adhering to company policies, guidelines, and standard work activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails associated with Customer Service work requests.
  • Assist customers with post order customer support requests – order updates and changes, shipping, and delivery status and, product returns, etc.
  • Partner with manufacturers and internal teams as needed to resolve customer support requests.
  • Process marketplaces orders such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.
  • Manage inbound sales calls and triage to the correct product category sales queue for new product purchase requests.
  • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
  • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
  • Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma/ GED required
  • Minimum three (3) years of customer service phone experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information, verbal and written, with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask while providing exceptional support and responsiveness to customers.
  • Experience with order and information management and systems.
  • Dedicated, quiet, home workspace with strong internet connection.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree.
  • Ecommerce experience.
  • Proficiency in assimilating information quickly.
