Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, setting appointments, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. Your goal is to ensure a positive experience for every customer and to support the growth of our business through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding insurance policies, claims, questions, inquiries, and general information.
- Provide accurate information on insurance products, services, and coverage options.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Reach out to customers proactively to set appointments with the agent.
- Perform clerical duties, create marketing materials, and other tasks as assigned.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations, products, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Educate customers on the claims process and support them through the necessary steps.
- Foster strong customer relationships by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive and winning mindset.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
