Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
