Customer Service Representative
Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a company’s department of employee trust funds in the Madison, WI area, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a great team and organization with opportunities for growth!

Customer Service Representative Job Summary:
Pay $21-24/hr.

• Research, answer, and resolve questions relating to the company’s benefit programs.
• Monitor and update health insurance benefits.
• Assist individuals with their benefits and provide them with the needed information.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience using complex software systems.
• Previous experience within the insurance industry or in a call center is a plus.
