Our client, a luxury consumer products company is looking for a high level Customer Service Representative to join their team. We are looking for people with 1-2 years experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced rapidly changing environment
• Create and maintain customer contact databases
• Maintain effective and supportive communication with the customers
• Compose and respond to the customer email requests
• Respond and resolve inbound customer telephone calls and voice mail messages
• Create Sales Orders and provide customer Sales Order Acknowledgement

Ideal candidate will have:

1-2 years in a customer service environment

Demonstrated problem solving ability in a cross functional environment

Demonstrated task and time management responsibility

Strong organizational skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
