Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
Skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in English language
- Experience in sales or client services preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in office environments is beneficial
