Customer Solutions / Inside Sales
Duravit USA, Inc. a luxury bathroom fixture brand is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions person to work in our Customer Solutions department in Duluth, GA, support the department and elevate the service. A successful candidate will be passionate about the product and excited about developing the brand to a high level.
Role is Hybrid Remote.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities include:
- Work along side the team and support sales with superior service
- Order entry of established customer’s order
- Provide excellent phone support with expert knowledge and results
- Delivery of content to allow us to be strategic, collaborative and consistent in our approach
- Provides on-going support to representatives, regional and national sales
- Optimizes service and support processes for efficiency
- Facilitates support within the departments related to products, processes, and sales
- Develop and deliver a world-class service
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven success in a Customer Support role
- Strong personality to work within the department
- Ability to grow with the department and foresee department needs
- Highly organized and experienced in multitasking to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong written communication skills with the aptitude to design curriculum and create presentations.
- High energy and personable
- Degree a plus
- Industry experience a plus
