Customer Solutions / Inside Sales

Duravit USA, Inc. a luxury bathroom fixture brand is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions person to work in our Customer Solutions department in Duluth, GA, support the department and elevate the service. A successful candidate will be passionate about the product and excited about developing the brand to a high level.

Role is Hybrid Remote.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities include:

• Work along side the team and support sales with superior service
• Order entry of established customer’s order
• Provide excellent phone support with expert knowledge and results
• Delivery of content to allow us to be strategic, collaborative and consistent in our approach
• Provides on-going support to representatives, regional and national sales
• Optimizes service and support processes for efficiency
• Facilitates support within the departments related to products, processes, and sales
• Develop and deliver a world-class service
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven success in a Customer Support role
• Strong personality to work within the department
• Ability to grow with the department and foresee department needs
• Highly organized and experienced in multitasking to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong written communication skills with the aptitude to design curriculum and create presentations.
• High energy and personable
• Degree a plus
• Industry experience a plus
