Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met. You will take orders, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their questions and concerns.
- Process transactions, including cash handling and data entry, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.

Skills
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
