Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company. Assists with appointments, complaints, orders, errors, account questions, repair orders, and other queries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling or stopping by.
• First to answer phones
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Cancel or upgrade accounts.
• Advise on company information.
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Schedule appointments
• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.
• Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation of appointments
• Inform customers of deals and promotions.
• Utilize computer technology in all aspects of daily work
• Work with the service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Perform minimal data entry into QuickBooks.
• Monitor customer satisfaction.
• Read from scripts.
• Handle changes in policies or renewals.
• Maintains scheduled maintenance & recommended repair records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
