Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company. Assists with appointments, complaints, orders, errors, account questions, repair orders, and other queries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling or stopping by.
- First to answer phones
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Schedule appointments
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation of appointments
- Inform customers of deals and promotions.
- Utilize computer technology in all aspects of daily work
- Work with the service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Perform minimal data entry into QuickBooks.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Read from scripts.
- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
- Maintains scheduled maintenance & recommended repair records.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
