Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enter customer information and orders accurately into the system
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally
- Sales experience or a strong sales aptitude is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable for this role
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Must have or be willing to get your property/casualty Insurance license.
