We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to high-quality customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for various purposes
- Handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Analyse customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist with sales inquiries and order processing
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Utilise phone etiquette and maintain a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with office software applications
