Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist clients with their questions and concerns.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any feedback or issues they may have.
- Work closely with our team of designers and architects to provide accurate updates to clients and manage their expectations.
- Process sales transactions, including order placements and payments.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our company values and maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
