This part-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist at Healthy Dollars, Inc. in Essex Junction, VT involves handling day-to-day customer service inquiries via phone, email and mail. The position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist our clients efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate should love to talk to our customers and be a real “people person” with the goal to solve difficult issues. Insurance and employer benefits are confusing to navigate, and our goal is to be a beacon and resource to those we serve. We believe that to be successful, our Customer Service Specialists are the friendly, patient voice on the phone that will calm our client's concerns and help them understand their plans as clearly as possible.
