Job Summary:
We are seeking a high energy, positive attitude, friendly customer service rep for an entertainment venue that is family friendly. you will be greeting customers, answering inbound calls, general office duties, taking payments, explaining the activities and the prices.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to provide client services.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve our services and processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to resolve issues or offer additional services.
- Provide service product knowledge and training to customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate information.
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to computerize customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client services and a customer-centric approach.
-although not required, experience is the hospitality industry is a plus
