Custom Coach of New England is now looking to fill our Customer Service Representative (with a focus on sales)position. This is an inside sales/customer service based position in logistics and email correspondence, as opposed to an outside sales role. PAY & BENEFITS:

• $28.00/Hour Based on Experience.
• Paid Bi-Weekly via Direct Deposit.
• Part Company Contribution for Medical Insurance.
• 401(k) with Company Contribution after 1 Year of Employment.
• 2 Weeks PTO.
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Quote and book charters and follow up on said quotes.
• Maintain accurate trip information and itineraries.
• Maintain marketing materials and social media accounts.
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers in order to obtain appropriate and accurate information regarding bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in Custom Coach of New England's charter booking software.
• Data entry of new quotes, bookings, and new customers.
• Provide recommendations to customers about trip details.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of prior sales experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) is preferred.
• Must have excellent organization and customer services skills.
