Customer focus is a core value at Ideal Aerosmith. This position will take a proactive approach to delivering a superior customer experience by supporting our service team and customers. The Customer Service Specialist will report to the Service and Support Manager and will closely coordinate with the Service and Sales teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and track all service tool shipments, both internal and external including export regulations and documentation
• Coordinate International service trips with company representatives including personnel, service tools, and final reports
• Provide sales with service estimates/pricing and details for quotes.
• Responsible for RMA inquires, pricing and return instructions.
• Internal RMA paperwork such as repair reports and CRM entry, and coordination with sales order entry.
• Create support cases and updates within CRM system.
• Communicate with customers directly and proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities to assist in meeting company goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

• High School Graduate
• 3+ years of customer service experience with similar duties
• Computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office
• Export Regulation training and experience preferred
• To meet the requirements for government contract work and work in a restricted facility, candidates must adhere to specific criteria set by federal regulations. This includes: 1) a U.S. citizen (whether born or naturalized); 2) a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or 3) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C.
