We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and supporting our office and field personnel to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This is an in-office position.

Position: Customer Service Specialist

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30 pm

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

What you will be doing:

• First on phones
• Positive friendly communication skills to talk with customers
• Determining needs of customers
• Data entry of customer information and service needs
• Using Service Titan daily - our cloud-based CRM
• Scheduling service calls
• Calling customers and scheduling annual maintenance services
• Calling customers to confirm the arrival times of technicians
• On rotation to take after hour calls (7 x per month)

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Scheduling coordinating experience
• Computer skills
• Impeccable phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized within a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the HVAC, construction, or similar industry desired

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
