We're an innovative startup launching our alternative school transportation carpool program in Hawaii. We seek a motivated individual to join our team. This role is ideal for those passionate about sustainability education, technology, and community building. We encourage parents with knowledge of Hawaii schools to apply.

MUST BE BASED IN HAWAII, ideally Oahu, to work with our schools on the ground and over Zoom. We are not considering out of State applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management: Connect with our school customers and oversee data delivery from schools, ensure accuracy, and communicate changes.

2. Project Management: Launch and coordinate carpool program activities, track progress, and liaise with schools.

3. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to parents and schools, handle technical issues, provide answers about the carpool program.

4. Training: Conduct webinars and training sessions for school representatives and parents.

5. Marketing: Collaborate on local marketing activities and stakeholder outreach.

Team Collaboration: Regular communication with schools, and our California-based Gokid team members.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Experience in customer support/success roles. Proficiency with technical customer support tools and CRM data management is a plus (HubSpot)
