Job Description

The Data Analyst manages and delivers dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support CB Marketing sales, operations, and analytics. This role is an experienced analyst who is an expert in reporting, analysis, and KPI metrics with an understanding of data and visualization to provide insight and help drive strategy. This role partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a consultative role on ideas and solutions that impact operational results.

Serves as a key integrator between Sales Operations and Strategy, Technology DSS, and Finance in support of CB Marketing sales data, reporting, & analysis. Analyst will partner with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for CB Marketing Sales data & reporting to produce and manage CB performance reports and supporting ad hoc analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Translate business logic into dashboards, charts, reports and presentations in support of the CB Marketingdepartment using Tableau and/or other analytical tools

  • Create dashboards with effective visualization and logical layout to tell data stories aligning to business goals

  • Nice to have knowledge of SQL that is used to create data extracts for reports

  • Generate operational and analytical reporting for CB Marketing channels

  • Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in data

  • Understand the existing source system data models and be able to consolidate on reports and dashboards

  • Work in partnership with the other teams and stakeholders concerning the accuracy of data and efficiency of processes

  • Present CB Marketing reporting and insights to leadership and other business partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic analytic skill

  • Background using Microsoft tools mentioned above

  • Experience working with reporting tools (i.e., Tableau and Power Bi)

  • Detail oriented and able to meet project timelines through good time management and work prioritization

  • Experience presenting data to leadership for decision making

  • A positive attitude, determination, and humility

  • Supports internal customers with one-off requests for insights

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SQL on Relational Databases (i.e., Snowflake and Oracle)

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Experience with languages for data analysis (i.e., Python and R)

  • Experience working with large scale disparate datasets

  • Some knowledge of HTML preferred

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.


    USD 19.18 - 28.80 per hour

    Compensation:

    Hourly base pay rate is $19.18 - $28.80/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
