Under general supervision, provides management and analysis of business data, report writing and dashboard creation for use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Develop actionable analytics and communicate insights via visualizations, dashboards, infographics, custom reports, and recurring reports using Adobe Analytics
  • Interpret data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement. Identify patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Translate complex analysis into actionable intelligence and recommendations for management and executives.
  • Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed / Business Line Analysts: Defines business metrics and analyzes data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support targeted business activities, including opportunities for product and process improvement with a focus on driving significant business growth.
  • Applies analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large amounts of data, using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Document all data and reporting processes.
  • Review existing dashboards and reports and recommends improvements to presentation and query performance.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and promptly implements and documents corrective actions.
  • Provide appropriate communications and status reports to management, team members and business lines.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, like Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Research, or other similar fields; Required or 6-8 years of additional relevant experience.

Experience

Experience leveraging test & learn techniques to evaluate business opportunities.
