Job Description

Title -Data Analyst II
Duration - 22+ months
Location - Beaverton OR (hybrid)
Rate - $30 to $40/hr on w2 (depends on exp)

Summary:

This role requires effective communication with global teammates, cross-cultural collaboration, and attention to detail. A curious and proactive approach, along with a focus on product and material integrity analytics, is essential. You will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights to support product and material quality goals across various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a key project to reduce material complexity and enhance innovation and profitability.
  • Conduct data analytics, support material strategies, and foster stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide insights based on materials and product quality data.
  • Learn how quality metrics are captured and drive efficiencies to deliver data in an automated, centralized way.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet seasonal goals and align with long-term priorities.

Who You'll Work With: This role interacts across quality teams in footwear and apparel, connecting with Product Creation, Sourcing, Labs, Manufacturing Engineering, and Partner Management teams. You will report to the Director of Product Integrity Standards and Governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of work experience with an analytical background
  • Strong skills in Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake required
  • Knowledge of Python/R and Alteryx preferred
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and present coherent conclusions
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain preferred

Additional Skills:

  • Must excel at extracting and summarizing data
  • Experience improving reporting solutions and process automation
  • Strong familiarity with data visualization tools
