SafeBasements is a basement waterproofing and foundation repair service provider and product manufacturer, and an innovator in both client satisfaction and product dependability. Acquired by Percheron Capital in 2023, we are looking for talented team members to be a part of our exciting growth plans!


What we need...

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and experience creating impactful data visualizations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mind, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights through compelling visual representations.


What you'd do...


  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and present findings to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and analysis.


What you'd need...

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant experience can be substituted.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with SQL and querying databases.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


This position is based in our office in St Louis Park, MN. Because we are in the early stages of building our Corporate team, we have found it valuable to be together in the office Monday-Thursday, and most of us work remotely on Fridays. We all have flexibility to work remotely on ad hoc days as personal demands arise.
