We are seeking a highly skilled **Data Analyst** with a focus on **Inventory Management** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to improve our inventory processes, optimize stock levels, and ensure efficient supply chain operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive inventory efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable insights to optimize stock levels, reduce overstock, and prevent stockouts.

- Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models using statistical and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy.

- Monitor inventory KPIs (key performance indicators) such as turnover rates, replenishment lead times, and service levels, identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to implement data-driven strategies for inventory planning and optimization.

- Perform data extraction, cleansing, and analysis from various systems such as ERP, WMS, and inventory management tools.

- Create dashboards and reports to track inventory performance, enabling decision-makers to make informed, real-time decisions.

- Support the design and implementation of inventory control measures, helping to manage safety stock and buffer strategies effectively.

- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance overall inventory management practices.

- Assist in evaluating supplier performance to optimize lead times and reduce inventory holding costs.

- Analyze historical sales data, lead times, and market trends to support frontloading or just-in-time inventory strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Experience in a data analytics role, preferably within inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.

- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting techniques, and demand planning.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory concepts such as EOQ, reorder points, and safety stock.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
