WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience with an analytical background
• Strong skills in Excel and Smartsheet
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Familiarity with SQL; experience with Snowflake is preferred
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Alteryx experience is preferred
• Ability to analyze large datasets, draw conclusions, and present coherent viewpoints
• Project management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and a creative problem-solving mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work with diverse teams
• Passion for the brand and its values
• Previous experience or coursework focused on procurement, operations, or supply chain is preferred
• A track record of demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environments

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review material and production data to identify improvements in reporting solutions and process automation (noting that much of this is decentralized).
• Excel in data extraction and summarization.
• Proficiency in Snowflake is required.
• Utilize Tableau and/or Power BI to present data effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel is essential.
