Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our operations.

Responsibilities

• Based on deep understandings of international logistics/overseas warehouse business, combined with business goals and directions, build pricing, industry analysis, competition analysis and business analysis systems, promote the establishment of evaluation and monitoring systems for product operations and product procurement and sales Operations, and identify internal and external Opportunities and threats to assist business decisions;
• Based on industry analysis and competition analysis, identify and diagnose problems encountered in product development and operation, promote product strategy iterative upgrades and product operation improvements, and promote the implementation of target performance, etc.;
• Combined with the product development stage and the business characteristics of product operations, continue to optimize the product's business analysis system and framework, and implement process management early warning and business results analysis and review from multiple dimensions such as revenue, profit, timeliness, and claims settlement to provide support for business decision-making; Conduct special analysis on key issues discovered during the process, identify problems in strategy implementation, and provide appropriate strategic suggestions to drive performance growth of each business team;
• Responsible for the tracking, analysis, evaluation and other related work of the department's business goals, exploring the highlights and deficiencies in the operation process, and providing regular feedback to the decision-making level to drive healthy business development;
• Provide daily business analysis support to the business team, monitor the department's core operating indicators, regularly output reports, and provide early warning, monitoring, interpretation and review analysis for abnormal business indicators;
• Work with the data team to continuously iterate business data models, promote the productization of important and commonly used analysis models, and improve analysis efficiency;
• Complete ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors.

Skills

• College associate degree or Above
• Working Language: both English and Chinese
• Working Hours: flexible (sometimes need to work at night to communicate with colleagues in China)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
