Spectrix Analytical Services, LLC is searching for candidates for a full-time permanent entry level data analyst for a large pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA.

Title:

Global Data Analyst (Brightly)

Key activities

· Maintain equipment data in global database

· Ensure inventory data is up to date and compliant at all times

· “Provide database helpdesk support & training to end users”.

· Close collaboration with EMEA. Team engagement & responsibilities in NAM as well as EMEA

· Identify opportunities for process improvement

· Perform data analysis (overdues, root causes)

· Review/mine database information to update Laboratory Operations and customer dashboards.

· Provide programming support to maintain Laboratory Operations and customer dashboards.

( MS powers apps and Power automate, forms for internal data collection, maintaining dashboards, API querying, etc.)

Self-starter

Excellent attention to details

Able to work independently (with minimal supervision) or as a part of a global team

Able to learn new skills quickly and with minimal instruction

Computer skills/knowledge:

e. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word is required.

f. Prior experience with CMMS system (or other Enterprise Database) is preferred.

g. Previous experience with Microsoft Power Apps, API’s and Power Automate is preferred.

h. Programming skills are a plus.

2. Education

1. HS Diploma is required

2. Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field is a plus.

3. Basic understanding of research laboratory equipment types is a plus

Job location is Spring House, PA Note: person will be expected to work on site 100% of the time.
