Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive and updated customer credit records
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required
• Perform thorough searches on websites for information and incorporate it accurately into our system
• Enter and update information in specific fields within our Salesforce Database
• Request additional information for documents that are identified as incomplete
• Maintain records of tasks, files, and progress systematically
• Conduct audits on reports and data sheets to ensure data accuracy
• Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before finalizing and submitting the product.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills, including typing and data entry with high accuracy
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining client relationships
• Experience with email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data organization and document creation
• Ability to organize files effectively, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
• Capable of performing calculations, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience with scanning documents and maintaining digital records
• Ability to type quickly and accurately, ensuring efficient data entry
