We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in inputting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for our clients. Your strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases
Verifying and correcting data entry errors as needed
Maintaining and updating client records and databases
Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
Assisting with special data entry projects as assigned by management
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support role preferred
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
Ability to take direction and work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
