We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist (SAP experience is helpful) to fill a short-term, contract assignment in Petersburg. We need someone who will be dedicated to the completion of the tasks assigned and can commit to a 5-6 week assignment with deliverables clearly defined.

• Responsible for reaching out to Vendors to send RFI and update Vendor details in SAP.
• Good MS Excel skills to make use of historical spreadsheets containing manufacturer names and part numbers, and update items in SAP.
• Run reports and update critical spares details in SAP.
• Run additional reports and update information in SAP related to procurement, parts, vendors, etc.

HS Diploma or GED required

Background check and drug screen required as part of on-boarding

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
• SAP: 2 years (Preferred)
