First Call Staffing Indianapolis is hiring for a part time Data Entry Position for the northeast side.
This may be a possible full-time hire for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Inputting data into a system
- Reviewing data for errors
- Completing information on documents
- Managing and organizing data
- Reporting to management
- Compiling data with spreadsheets, pivot charts and excel
- Perform other related duties.
Schedule:
• Start and end hours may vary: 9am-3pm or 10am -4pm Monday-Friday
• Work is on-site at our client's facility - not a remote position.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Previous experience, at least 1-3 years of experience
• Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
• Meet the specific accountability requirements of the roll at all times
• Ability to multitask, maintain sales files, office machines and bulletin boards
Pay: $19 an hour
