Poseidon Brands is a small fast-growing eCommerce company selling printed and laser engraved products. We sell on 6 marketplaces and ship to 7 different countries.

We are hiring a Reporting Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. This role is responsible for acquiring, reporting on, and providing insights on all types of data and information. If you love numbers, are extremely detail oriented, analytical and want to work at a rapidly growing eCommerce business, then we want to talk to you.

Duties:

• Acquire and prepare data, metrics, and briefing materials in various formats for weekly and monthly reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, gathering input from many systems and multiple team members

• Identify new data and new reports to assist management make better decisions
• Other tasks as directed
• Reports directly to the CEO

Requirements:

• World class attention to detail coupled with effective analytical and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work to multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Intermediate to expert skills using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience using SharePoint for document collaboration and reporting
• Experience creating graphics and charts in Visio other graphics software
