Anthem Country Club in Henderson, Nevada is looking to hire for Part-Time Day Shift and Weekend Server/Bartender. Anthem Country Club is a privately owned full-service Country Club located in a gated community. It features a championship golf course, pool, athletic center, and multiple dining outlets.

Overview:

To deliver an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a culture of outstanding service in all clubhouse areas.

Overall Job Summary:

Provide Food and Beverage service to Club Members and Guests.

Some Duties included, but are not limited to:

• Engage with members and guests, take orders, and ensure prompt and friendly service.
• Contributes positively to the existing team
• Has general knowledge of wine, spirits and craft cocktail trends and taste profiles.
• Builds confidence with membership by recalling preferences and striving for name recognition.
• Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered.
• Sets up side station and performs assigned side (prep) work.
• Keep the bar clean and organized, and attractively display glasses and liquor bottles.
• Remains current and knowledgeable about Club activities.
• Stocks and restocks the bar for the next shift
• Stays current with televised events and is able to ensure each member or guest is able to watch current and live sporting events.
• Takes members’ and guests’ orders; suggestively sells food and beverage items, if appropriate.
• Places orders with kitchen; informs cooks about any special cooking instructions
• Checks back to ensure member and guest satisfaction; replenishes water and makes suggestions specific to the member experience.
• Presents dessert menus, suggests and serves dessert, coffee and after-dinner drinks.
• Handles all credit card charges as prescribed by standard operating procedure
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
• Attends pre-shift meetings as requested
• Consistently follows local and state laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
• Performs other appropriate duties assigned by dining room or outlet manager.
• Salary: $11.00 per hour + Service Charge + Gratuity

• Must have Current NV Health Card and TAM card.
