KAG is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee service departments in several of our New England locations. The perfect candidate must have previous Stellantis/Chrysler experience and be willing to travel throughout New Hampshire and Maine a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee CDJR Service Departments in several locations at a high level.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service department performance, maximize revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as service volume, productivity, efficiency, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
  • Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
  • Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
  • Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers
  • Craft goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chrysler service manager required, managing multiple locations preferred
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
  • High school diploma required and higher education/certifications preferred
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
